In our completely sustainable renovated old garage in the Northern part of Amsterdam we have several meeting rooms a (private) restaurant and an event space surrounded by art and design.
PAND VANMOKUM is easy to access, only 1 metro stop from Central Station, and reachable by bike or by car. Public parking places are available (€1.60 per hour, day ticket €8.40)

Sam’s Koffie
Surrounded by outstanding Danish design by FRAMA, Sam’s Koffie is our calm and collected space, We have combined our passion for coffee and people into to a neighborhood cafe where we serve great specialty coffee, lunch, healthy smoothies and bowls and amazing sweets to treat yourself.

De Kunstkamer
A room that amazes you. Design and art have been carefully curated and brought together. It is a wonderful space where you can work, meet, coach, brainstorm, or give your presentation in peace.
The space is pleasant for a larger group as well as for a more intimate session.

Designed and decorated by VANJOOST, De Smeerkuil is a wonderful spot to have a meeting, or get around the 4 meter long table to host a business lunch. This space is easily adjustable to set up as presentation area. And though the name reminds us of the earlier garage days, we promise it doesn’t smell like grease anymore.

Want to combine all our different spaces? That’s an option too! Whether you are hosting a design event, pop-up gallery, culinary tasting, brand introduction, or press events that turns into a party. The whole space is wonderful for hosting a multi-faceted event surrounded by simply gorgeous design. We even rent out the space for weddings (weekends only).

The famous Hamerstraat area on the IJ river recently developed into an inspiring part of Amsterdam with great bars and restaurants such as Hotel de Goudfazant, Skatecafe, Oedipus Brewery, FC Hyena, De Hangar and Coba. In the vicinity you will find many creative entrepreneurs. Like Roetz Bikes, Wonder and Winery Chateau. Overhoeks, the EYE Film Museum, the Tolhuistuin and the NDSM terrain are also close by. Our location is easily accessible by car and public transport , there is a lot of parking space (€1.40 per hour) and we are located five minutes from Amsterdam Central Station and a two-minute walk from the North-South line.
